Program description

FirstThere AI (operated by Packard Hook Enterprises, LLC) provides conversational text messaging on behalf of participating home-service businesses. Messages relate to your inquiry: answering questions about a service you requested information on, qualifying details, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.

Opt-in

You consent to receive text messages when you submit your phone number through a form requesting contact (on this site, or on a participating business's website or lead form), or when you text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. You will typically receive a few messages related to your inquiry and any appointments you schedule.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. FirstThere AI does not charge you to receive messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
